At TcDecors, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have peace of mind with every purchase.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at tcdecors1@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We understand how important it is to receive your order in perfect condition. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us at tcdecors1@gmail.com immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly!
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item first, and once approved, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund within 25 business days after approval, contact us at tcdecors1@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the standard return conditions.
